We had our beginnings in 2010 when Emmy award winning, former Chicago TV reporter Anne Kavanagh, launched her  communications firm, MediaPros 24/7. Anne immediately began doing media work for legal clients. She quickly built a reputation for helping legal clients receive top level and positive media coverage for their cases, preparing them and their clients well for interviews, creating successful media strategies for high profile and controversial cases and managing crisis media situations successfully.

In 2016 Anne joined forces with River Strategies,  a communications firm also launched by two former Chicago news women, TV producer and  radio executive Tracy Slutzkin and  Chicago and network news writer and producer, Hayley Burns. Together they expanded their services to include digital, social media and website services for legal clients - providing full-service, integrated communications

River Strategies also produces the Lincoln Forum a leading public affairs forum that partners with media outlets, including Crain’s Chicago, Politico and FOX News Chicago, to produce special events.
